From the video, I just could hear few mistakes: -un apartamento nuevo y moderno (I think your gender agreement is not correct in the video). - Pronunciatio: you said "iuniversidad" insted of the Spanish pronunciation "universidad" and "granga" insted of "granha". Anyway, they are minor mistakes, probably the next time you will do it better.
